These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outli mobile application ("App" or "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
To use the Service, you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your Account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an Account and use the Service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, including Activity names, Activity descriptions, locations, and join requests ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit. By posting User Content, you grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service (for example, to show your Activity to other members).

We are not obligated to monitor all User Content. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, remove, or edit any User Content and to suspend or terminate your Account, without prior notice, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms. We will make a good faith effort to review reported content within 24 hours.
Important Safety Disclaimer: Outli is a platform that allows users to organize and attend in-person, real-world Activities. We do not supervise these Activities and are not involved in any way with the actions of any individuals at these Activities.
You acknowledge and agree that you attend any Activity at your own sole risk. We are not responsible or liable for any harm, damages, personal injury, or death that may occur at or as a result of any Activity organized or attended through our Service. We advise you to use caution, common sense, and to take appropriate safety precautions when interacting with other users, both online and in person.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Our Service uses third-party services, such as Google Places, to provide functionality (like location information for Activities). Your use of these features is also subject to that third party's terms and privacy policies.
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at support@outli.live and requesting account deletion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USER CONTENT THAT IS POSTED ON THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NIKOLAI ALTERGOTT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (IV) ANY REAL-WORLD INTERACTION OR ACTIVITY.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will notify you via email or through a prominent notice within the App.
